Camp Ithiel’s website is hosted by Square Space, they provide us with the platform that allows us to be on the web. Users of our website are subject to all Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Square Space and the Camp Ithiel Privacy Policy. Camp Ithiel will not sell, disseminate, disclose, trade, transmit, transfer, share, lease or rent any personally identifiable information to any third party not specifically authorized by you to receive your information except as we have disclosed to you in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection
Camp Ithiel will be offering as a service to our customers the availability to register and pay their fee via a link on this website which will be directed to a SSL protected page to process the registration and credit card transaction. If the customer decides to register and pay their registration fee they will be directed to the site of this third party, which will be protected with an SSL certificate and other pertinent security software with equal or greater security protection than that of Camp Ithiel for the registration and credit card payment transaction. Camp Ithiel will not store or process any credit card information other than the receipt or bill information of the payment, from the credit card processor, of the transaction. Our primary goal is not to collect any further personal information other than what is needed to handle processing of the customers online registration forms. Camp Ithiel also collects online donations of generous individuals through Paypal.
Camp Ithiel cooperates with law enforcement inquiries and other third parties to enforce laws, intellectual property and other rights. Local and international law enforcement agents can request and may receive your personally identifiable information.
We also reserve the right to disclose the website visitor’s personal information when Camp Ithiel has determined that property of Camp Ithiel or personal safety of its employees or customers may be at risk.
